My Snow Day No school chicken casserole

We got to stay home today!  Yay.  Love snow days.  Mom and Zoe and I decided to make something together that would warm our little tummies.  This was tasty and spicy and made a cold snowy day feel just great.  I got to do the cutting while Zoe did the stirring.
Ingredients

1 Jar of salsa
1 can of black beans
1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
1/2 cup of sour cream
2 cups of grated cheese
3 cups of cooked, and shredded chicken
8 corn tortillas
1 cup of corn

1.  Put all ingredients except tortillas and cheese in same bowl
2.  Mix
3.  Put tortillas in bottom of casserole dish and pour mixture over
4.  Put casserole in the oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
5.  Take casserole out and put remaining tortillas and cheese over top
6.  Bake for 10 more minutes and you're done!

Serve with avocado and cilantro sprinkled over to make it look nice.
Next time it snows I hope you find this handy.

Fernandes Steakhouse: Abuelita Susy's Birthday

On Sunday we went to Newark, NJ.  We ate at a Portuguese/Spanish restaurant for Susy's birthday.  We started with the salad bar.  There was a yummy selection of vegetables and potato salad.  Then after I brought it to my table and ate it, we ordered something called riyodizio.  That is when they bring sausage, meat, and chicken on a spit to our table.  We eat the meats with rice, beans, and fried banana. It was delicious. If you want to go to the restaurant here's the address. But be careful don't stuff your self.
The meat just keeps on coming!  My favorite was the beef ribs.  They were tender and juicy.  mmmmm.  At the end they even bring pineapple on the spit.  Grilled and sweet, and yummy!
